On 31st January 2020, we completed the purchase of Flexible Health Insurance Brokers Limited (FHIB), an independent Health & Protection brokerage, based in Edenbridge, Kent.
The acquisition comes as we look to open up our Private Medical Insurance offering to individuals and their families. Since 2006, the team at FHIB have been providing expert advice to both individuals and businesses alike and will continue to do so, alongside our specialist Health & Protection team.
David Clare, Founder and Managing Director of FHIB said:

By becoming a subsidiary of Sutton Winson, it gives us the ability to offer both our individual and business customers a wide range of other insurance products that best suit their needs, whilst we benefit from the support of a larger company”.

Up until now, our Health & Protection proposition has primarily focused on offering Private Medical Insurance and Group Protection solutions for businesses here in the UK, and Internationally. However, through the acquisition of Flexible Health, it now means that with their expertise, we can provide private medical cover options for individuals and their loved ones".
