What to expect when you apply

We’re not Investors in People Gold for nothing! We take time to make sure any vacancy is right for you, as well as us.

Typically that involves a three-part process:

1. Let's have a chat

If we like your CV, we’ll usually start with an initial telephone/virtual interview so we can get to know you and you can ask any questions you might have about the opportunity.

2. We'll meet face-to-face

If we’re both interested, we’ll invite you to meet the hiring manager and others. During that time, we'll get a better understanding of your strengths and skills and at the same time you can find out more about us.

3. Come on in

Finally, we may ask you back for an opportunity to meet senior members of the department and the company. We think it's important that you meet as many of us as possible so you get a feeling for what working at SW might be like.
