As an insurance broker, we act on behalf of clients and insurers to make sure the right insurance cover is provided. Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, and no two have the same needs!
We look after everything from homes to holidays to healthcare, with a few private sports car collections and advertising campaigns thrown in for good measure. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused field that can be exciting and immensely rewarding.
How the programme works
You'll be working in one of three high-performing teams based across both our Burgess Hill or Twickenham offices. The programme runs for two years, during which you'll work alongside and be supported by colleagues across the business, as well as begin your journey towards obtaining industry-recognised Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications.
Our programme will give you the perfect chance to gain a broad range of experience as you:
- help to maintain and develop both client and insurer relationships
- gain an understanding of the insurance market and the world of broking
- establish confidence in a professional environment
- begin to build a long-lasting professional network
Who we're looking for
Whilst prior work experience is a plus, it's not essential, nor do you need to be a recent university or college graduate.
Applicants should have:
- a minimum 5 GCSEs graded 9-4 (A*-C), including English and Maths
- 2 A-levels (A-C) or equivilent BTEC Nationals (Level 3)
Additionally, you'll also:
- have strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build professional relationships
- act with honesty and integrity, with a desire to do right by our clients
- display passion for your own professional and personal development, with the drive to learn, grow and take on new challenges
- embody the values most important to us
