Having joined Sutton Winson in 2011, I now head up the commercial claims team based in our Twickenham office. Previously, I held senior management positions with insurers and outsourced service providers, in both the live and run-off markets.

I have specific expertise in dealing with large and complex claims, and have successfully managed a number of high profile cases through ADR, Mediation and Litigation. I am an active participant in the UNA Broker Alliance - Claims Forum group.

When it comes to a claim, I will ensure clients receive the very best settlement under the terms of the insurance policy.

I hold the following qualifications, the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate (Cert CII), The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Certificate (Cert CILA) and the British Damage Management Association Accredited Member (BDMA Ins Tech).
