Tracey Arnold
Senior Health & Safety Risk Consultant
A bit about me and my role
My typical day consists of visiting clients to provide them with support in developing and maintaining their Health & Safety (H&S) within the workplace, carrying out fire and general risk assessments, providing training, carrying out audits and attending client H&S committee meetings.
With the opportunity to work from home, and the full autonomy SW permit me to carry out my work, I’m able to support my clients effectively and maintain a great work/life balance.
When I head into the office, I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and open feel; everybody is extremely welcoming and approachable. We also have regular social events and big external celebrations twice a year which are always a great chance to catch up with everybody across both offices.
When I’m not at the office…
You’ll find me riding my motorbike on warm summer days, taking on numerous crafting projects (like making jewellery and leather handbags), spending time in my garden or volunteering my time to local community events (when I get the chance).
