A bit about me and my role

I’m responsible for helping develop new business for our Private Clients team through maintaining internal and external relationships. I work closely with the Head of the team to assist with our marketing strategy and also hold monthly catch-ups with my colleagues to help them with their individual development paths. On top of this, I look after a diverse book of clients through handling MTA's and renewals.

SW encourages me to bring my own ideas to the table and I know that I’m always supported in my endeavours; whether this is directly from my team or experts across the business. I also appreciate how the workload is shared amongst the team, meaning we’re always able to put our best foot forward.

The culture is my favourite thing about SW; there’s a real blend of people that I feel puts us in an incredibly strong position.

When I’m not at the office…

I'm a huge sports fan who can usually be found playing golf. I'm also really into cars, watches and socialising with my family and friends. I’ve also been known to dabble in a bit of DIY having recently renovated my home!
