A bit about me and my role

I oversee the insurance arrangements for an interesting and diverse portfolio of clients. I further strive to add value by building long lasting, sustainable relationships with both clients and insurers, as well as providing innovative insurance solutions, however unique or unusual the risk.

I joined SW in January 2023 having previously spent 11 years specialising in charity and non-profit insurances and running a small business in partnership with my wife. I’ve found that at SW there’s a good team ethos, focus on professionalism and achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

SW's whole culture is based around developing its people – and even though I’ve only recently joined the team, I’ve been given support to complete my CII qualifications and numerous learning opportunities. There’s also a strong emphasis on teamwork and as a group we support each other with our own areas of expertise. I’m enjoying working with a knowledgeable and friendly bunch of colleagues!

When I’m not at the office…

I enjoy spending time with my young family, running, playing guitar and producing some homemade wines.
