A bit about me and my role

On a typical day, I manage a portfolio of clients across credit, recruitment, sports and property. Additionally, I sit on the Commercial Leadership team and have numerous relationships with external stakeholders, such as financial institutions, insurers and introducers. On top of this, I manage a team for new business sales and support them with insurer relations.

Since joining as Head of Credit in 2015, my role has developed along with the business. Since merging into Commercial Schemes, I’ve also taken on the responsibility of Head of Schemes Sales, alongside a portfolio of recruitment & payroll, sports and property agent relationships.

For me, the direct team that I work with, and the wider internal relationships I’ve built through daily collaboration or the array of internal events that bring both offices together, make SW a great place to work.

When I’m not at the office…

You’ll usually find me running around after my kids and spending time with them. I’m also in the process of building our family home – which is (thankfully) nearly finished!
