A bit about me and my role

Even though I’m fairly new to the SW team, I’ve had the opportunity to get stuck right into my role. Currently, my day consists of assisting our expert Claims team, assessing claims on both household and travel, making payments to suppliers and clients, and completing technical training.

With the support of my team and the wider business, I’m quickly learning how SW holds its clients and people at the heart of everything they do – ensuring their needs are always prioritised over everything else.

My favourite thing about working at SW so far has to be the people. Everyone’s been so welcoming, friendly and supportive; it’s made me feel very at home in a very short amount of time.

When I’m not at the office…

I love spending time catching up with my friends. If I’m not doing that, I really enjoy gaming and reading at home.
