A bit about me and my role

There’s no such thing as a typical day when you work in Corporate; the diversity of our clients means that no two days are ever the same. From organising insurance, to recovering a passenger plane from a runway, to insurance for marathon events in third world countries – it really can vary!

My responsibilities include ensuring that requests are managed above and beyond expectations, at client level and with insurers. Although this can often be challenging, I personally find it to be quite exciting and interesting.

Working at SW is like no other - we have customer facing people like myself, who are supported by a team of technicians, who all bring their wealth of expertise and knowledge to the table. In the circumstance when we might need an extra bit of support, we have product champions to refer to – of which I’m the Marine Champion.

We have a good mix of people across the wider business and there’s no separation from team to team. Everyone’s always welcoming and we’re all eager to help one another when needed.

When I’m not at the office…

I like to stay fit and healthy. I often go to the gym, play sports and go for the odd run here and there.

I also like to challenge myself and every year step outside my comfort zone with various activities, these include a charity boxing match, performing stand-up comedy and undertaking Tough Mudder races.
