A bit about me and my role

A typical day for me involves collaborating with the management team to the benefit of clients – whether this be lending support on difficult claims, offering guidance on a variety of projects, or handling new enquiries. I’m also a Board member of AESIS, one our international broking networks, and work alongside other members of the Board to grow the network and ultimately provide better solutions for any clients that might need support overseas.

You’ll find that having SW as your insurance broker is almost identical to having your own, in-house insurance department. We’re wholly dedicated to our clients, highlighted by our Investor in Customers Gold status, and always stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them to ensure they have a good outcome.

Insurance can sometimes have a bit of a reputation for lacking excitement, but that’s never felt like the case since I joined SW in 1999 - we’re a close knit team who know how to have fun!

We also actively invest in people’s development and foster a culture of support and growth, which is highlighted though our Investor in People Gold status.

When I’m not at the office…

I like to stay fit and active! I find swimming to be one of the best ways to start my day and make sure that I do this at least 3 times a week. I’m also a keen golfer and a big fan of football.
