A bit about me and my role
As SW’s Technical Claims Specialist, I provide a technical support to both my team and the business as a whole. I work closely with our clients and their Client Managers, not only with their claims but with any aspects of their business that may have a claims exposure.
The culture of openness and transparency, together with the collaborative approach SW takes towards the service we provide, gives me direct access to the client in a way that can be vital in providing proactive support. This team approach ensures that clients are supported not only by their individual Client Manager, but by those who also possess the technical knowledge needed to fully protect them.
Like you can often find in other brokerages, there’s less of a ‘them and us’ feel between the brokers and Claims team! I enjoy the collaborative and forward-thinking approach that we have towards how our clients are looked after and it’s also refreshing that the Senior Management team are so approachable and accessible.
When I’m not at the office…
You’ll find me juggling between being a taxi service to my 3 lovely children for their various activities, coaching rugby, and playing the odd game myself when I get a chance!
