A bit about me and my role

Since joining SW back in 2004, I’ve had the opportunity to watch the company go through lots of positive change, growth and creativity during this time.

In 2024, I was appointed as a Director and Board member. I am responsible for our Commercial and Private Client teams, including strategic direction, customer service, and operations. My role is extremely varied, with no two days ever the same, though, clients are always at the centre of everything we do. Whatever needs our clients’ have for business insurance and private insurance, we pride ourselves on rising to the challenge and creating an insurance solution to delight you. As part of my role, I also oversee Insurer Management and joint responsibility for Acquisitions.

At SW, we embrace a genuine culture of continuous improvement and being the best we can be. It isn’t unusual to see us having team huddles, discussing a particular risk or insurance scenario, to ensure we get the best outcome for our clients. We always hold our client’s best interest at heart and strive to support them to the best of our ability.

When I’m not at the office…

I’m married with 3 children who are very quickly becoming young adults, which brings a variety of challenges!

I enjoy socialising, keeping active and I’m an Arsenal season ticket holder, which at times can be a rollercoaster of emotions…
