A bit about me and my role

Since joining the Enterprise team in 2021 as a Client Handler, my role has shifted and I’ve since moved into our New Business Development team. My current role consists of taking ownership of the new business queries that come in, sending quote letters and approaching different markets. I also prospect new potential clients from data extraction and pipeline leads from both external and internal sources.

SW allocates lots of time for personal development and actively encourages employees to attend webinars, internal learning events and external training courses. As well as this, everybody’s also provided with guidance and support should they wish to become further qualified. Not only does this benefit clients, but this encourages confidence within the individual themselves by being more experienced in their respective field.

With the democratic, open-door culture that’s maintained at SW, it’s very easy for colleagues to suggest ideas without fear of being judged, and help is always easily available.

When I’m not at the office…

I’m a big fan of films! I’m also currently learning how to play the piano as well as the intricacies of pottery.
