A bit about me and my role

I lead a team who handle home, travel and personal accident claims for our personal clients, managing these from start to finish as well as helping people with other claims such as motor, when they need assistance.

Every day is different in Claims and you never stop learning! We liaise with insurers, suppliers and Loss Adjusters to make the claims journey as quick and trouble-free as possible.

SW gives me and my team the authority to manage our claims so we act in the client's best interests at all times. We know making a claim can often be a stressful process for clients so are always looking to minimise this and make everything as easy as possible for everyone involved.

I like the fact that everyone wants to work as a team - people support and have each other’s back. We in claims deal with some quite difficult situations but always try to take time for each other, find humour where we can and be positive.

When I'm not at the office...

I enjoy running, walking and riding our tandem bike with my husband in the Chilterns where we live.

I'm also a great music and film buff/geek (however you want to look at it) and love discovering new bands and movies.
