A bit about me and my role

I look after our Flexible Benefit clients, which can range from SME's to FTSE 100 companies. The part I enjoy most about my role is being able to establish great relationships with my clients; being in close contact with them throughout the year and often heading out on external visits to offer additional support.

As conversations for renewal need to happen months before they’re actually due, I’m fortunate to work alongside a strong team that deliver on the promises made to our clients. The operational support, marketing team, client handlers and claims team are all experts in their field and contribute to maintaining our long-standing clients and great reputation.

We’re a social bunch and never shy away from celebrating all the good things that happen within the business, and to the people who work within it! I love the conscientious attitude of our people and I'm proud to work for a business with such a strong client focus. The fact that my role pans over both our offices is another bonus and our hybrid working scheme enables me to live a truly balanced lifestyle!

When I’m not at the office…

My day usually starts with an early morning gym class before the school run. After work, I volunteer as a school governor and at weekends I volunteer at a riding school; teaching children about horsemanship and helping them work on their riding skills.
