A bit about me and my role

A typical day in my role consists of engaging with clients and insurers on both new and current claims, ensuring that we always achieve the best possible outcome. I also regularly review clients’ claims portfolios to establish any weak points in their current procedures.

One thing that stands out about SW for me is the encouragement we’re given to engage with clients as much as possible, ensuring that we’ve established a strong understanding of the client’s day-to-day processes to provide the best possible support.

SW encourages a relaxed, friendly culture and maintains a heavy focus on putting the client at the very heart of what we do.

When I’m not at the office…

I like to keep myself active by either playing or watching any kind of sport. I regularly play golf and football but I also enjoy darts, snooker and squash. And if I think about putting my feet up, my dog, Rodney, finds a way to keep me busy!
