A bit about me and my role

My everyday role consists of handling a wide variety of claims from notification through to settlement. This includes household, travel, personal accident and motor for personal, employee benefits, private clients and High-Net-Worth clients.

Having delegated authority on claims allows me to make decisions and allows me to build relationships with the clients I communicate with. I act on behalf of the insurer which makes the clients journey a lot easier as they have 1 point of contact and don't need to be transferred from person to person.

For me, I really believe what makes SW so great is the people. Across the business, everyone’s extremely friendly and approachable and in my team specifically, we’re very open with our communication which makes working with them seamless.

When I’m not at the office…

I like to watch a wide range of sports – football, boxing, MMA, F1 just to name a few. I also enjoy playing video games!
