A bit about me and my role

I have over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry working in claims, underwriting and predominantly broking. My everyday role at SW is extremely varied; I’m part of the senior management team and responsible for several people across account management, sales and marketing. I oversee our international business, which is my area of expertise and involves building strong relationships with our partner brokers around the world.

I’ve been fortunate to undertake various roles at SW, starting in 2011 as an Account Handler in the Corporate team, moving to a new business role in the SME team, and then returning to the Corporate team as an Account Executive managing a large portfolio of complex clients. In 2020, I was promoted to International Manager, and in 2021, I became Head of Development & International and a member of the Senior Management Team.

We pride ourselves on being experts and SW have supported me through the various levels of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification including; Diploma in Insurance, Advanced Diploma in Insurance and the Fellowship (the highest level of professional qualification).

We have a strong reputation in the market and maintain close relationships with our insurer partners, which enables us to deliver the best possible solutions and outcomes for our clients.

When I’m not at the office…

I’m a keen golfer, mountain biker and wine hobbyist! I’m married with two daughters and we live on the south coast, so we enjoy spending time in the countryside or at the beach.
