A bit about me and my role

As head of the Recruitment & Payroll and Commercial Schemes teams, I have a variety of duties including; looking after and helping team members exceed their goals, winning and securing new business and controlling a portion of our Renewal Book. I also lead our successful wholesale division.

SW provide me with all the help and assistance I need when building an effective line of business, whether that’s through building brand awareness at expos and events or by purely assisting with insurers to ensure we always get the best possible cover. SW are keen advocates for their people and always encourage us to go above and beyond; whether that be for our clients, our people or even ourselves.

The company culture is the most attractive part of SW for me. It feels more like a family where you’re a name, not just a number like some of the larger corporate companies. The senior management team and directors maintain an open door policy and go out of their way to get to know everybody, which in turn creates an open, happy atmosphere that allows for teams to do what they do best; look after happy clients.

When I’m not at the office…

I am a keen runner and always up for challenges, half marathons, 10k and Spartan challenges. Also, when I’m not out running, I attempt to play football!
