A bit about me and my role

I handle claims from initial notification through to final settlement, validating policy cover and the claim, and guiding policyholders on how to proceed with a claim. I assist clients by giving advice throughout the claims process and advise them on any issues that could potentially arise. I also communicate with loss adjusters and suppliers to make homes safe again.

Working at SW enables me to support our clients by ensuring a fair settlement, exceptional treatment of the client and excellent customer service.

I really enjoy the collaboration between teams and the calm, friendly office environment. Thanks to our company culture (which is what I like most about SW), we always prioritise the client and do our best to pay attention to every detail. This in turn ensures clients have a nice, transparent claims experience with us.

When I’m not at the office…

I enjoy painting, going on walks with my dog, running and swimming!
