A bit about me and my role
A typical day in my role involves providing focused but flexible leadership to my team, managing the work produced to ensure we provide accurate and efficient services to our clients that are in line with industry regulations and agreed service standards. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to delivering excellent service to our clients. So, I collaborate closely with other teams to ensure we work together effectively and provide the best possible service to our clients.
Working in a positive environment with open communication makes all the difference for me. As someone who’s always been passionate about supporting others, I offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to colleagues across multiple teams to assist them in focusing on their career aspirations. I’m also actively involved in the SW Wellbeing programme, having qualified as a Mental Health First Aider in January 2021. And with SW’s support, I'm currently studying for CIPD level 5 in People Management with a focus on DE&I.
When I’m not at the office…
I love listening to podcasts on various subjects, including personal development. Also, I've recently joined a gym to focus on my physical wellbeing.
