A bit about me and my role

There's no typical day at work for me! I never know who'll be at the end of the phone or what they're going to ask, so no two days are ever the same. In addition to managing a team of brilliant SW staff, I've worked with my book of commercial clients for many years and they still throw new questions at me to keep insurers on their toes!

In my 12 years at SW, I’ve been supported in continuing my learning, especially in respect of new products and services, encouraged to share knowledge and learn from the experiences of my colleagues, to be able to provide a quality service to our clients.

I love working for a company that promotes honesty, integrity and professionalism. We're encouraged to take a joined-up approach across the business and be supportive of each other. We’re also incredibly active in our local communities and have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fundraising events for our chosen charities.

When I'm not at the office...

I find that walking my dog gives me a peaceful headspace and a great start to every day.
