A bit about me

As Executive Chairman, the majority of my time is spent on growing SW through the acquisition of smaller businesses that complement our culture and broaden our offering or through bringing in new clients. I also spend a great deal of my day managing our insurer relationships.

We pride ourselves on the broad range of solutions that we offer our clients and the exceptional, award-winning service that our experts consistently deliver. The joined-up approach we take to ensure clients are receiving a seamless collaboration between our service delivery and technical teams is something we’re also proud of.

For me, the most rewarding part of my job has always been seeing the younger folk at the beginning of their insurance career grow and take on bigger roles and more responsibility. It’s great to see people thrive in the culture we’ve created at SW, and even better to see the support our people so easily offer out to each other.

When I’m not at the office…

I’m pretty big into house rebuilding projects and general DIY. I also love gardening and motorbikes!
