A bit about me and my role

Since joining SW in 2017 as Head of Commercial Product Development & Employment Sector, my role has developed and changed along with the business. I’m part of the senior management team and look after various commercial schemes from Recruitment & Payroll, Sports Clubs & Associations, Property Management to Employee Benefits. I’m also involved in a number of projects: the latest one being delivering ESG to our people and customers.

SW’s an incredibly supportive company that really allows for its people to flourish; we’re well looked after and happy, and this in turn translates into excellent support for all clients – no matter how complex their cases may be.

When I’m not at the office…

My family is my passion - normally, this means acting as the designated driver taking everybody here, there and everywhere. I also love the outdoors, so if it involves cycling, walking or going up a mountain, I’ll be there!
