A bit about me and my role

In my time at SW, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a vast array of clients, from small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs), to large corporate entities. No two businesses are the same, so it’s my responsibility to take the time to understand each company’s needs and design a bespoke employee benefits package that meets their specific requirements. Whether that be group protection, such as life assurance or critical illness cover, or group health insurance products, like dental insurance or cash plans.

The people are truly what make working at SW so enjoyable – everyone’s so supportive and collaborative. The culture is amazing, and there's a good level of autonomy that allows me to be creative and take ownership of my work. I also love the ability for progression and enjoy working with my team and the wider business.

When I’m not at the office…

I have a real passion for seeing the world – I’m currently on 26 countries and counting! I also enjoy running and playing tennis.
