A bit about me and my role

My role’s divided between advising my clients and supporting the commercial team in delivering the industry-leading advice and service standards we hold ourselves to. I'm also SW's Business Interruption expert and provide internal training and support for my colleagues in this area of insurance.

SW's training programme has helped develop my knowledge across all areas of commercial insurance. I’m continuously provided with the chance to further develop my skillset and enhance the company’s processes; I’ve had the opportunity to get involved in all sorts of projects designed to improve the services we can deliver, as well as work towards my next industry qualification: DIP CII.

Since joining in 2019, I’ve taken on a variety of roles. After 2 years in the Commercial team I moved into SW’s Corporate team, responsible for servicing some of our most complex clients. And after 12 months, I was given the opportunity to manage our successful Commercial team, which is the role I’ve been in for the past year.

I really enjoy working alongside the other teams in the business and aligning the services we provide to deliver a one-stop shop for our clients!

When I’m not at the office…

I spend most of my free time trying to keep up with my 2-year old son! When I'm not chasing him around the park or on a countryside walk, I like to relax with an audiobook or practice my baking skills.
