A bit about me and my role
I’m responsible for recruiting exceptional talent into the SW family and ensuring our SWinners are given every opportunity to fulfil their potential by organising regular training sessions and putting together bespoke training plans based on the individual’s goals. I also make sure that our client-facing staff stay up to date with the latest industry compliance and have the tools they need to give exceptional, award-winning service to our clients.
I’m extremely lucky in my role that I get the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business to understand what makes their team great, and how to support my colleagues through L&D to achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. We have a fantastic culture at SW which everyone talks about, but no-one can quite put a finger on… For me, that’s a group of talented people coming together to work hard, achieve goals daily, support each other and look to continuously improve their own knowledge to bolster their own professional standing and strengthen our company’s reputation.
When I’m not at the office…
You can usually find me running around after my 3 year old son and my mischievous dog, Pablo the Pug!
