A bit about me and my role
I’m responsible for recruiting exceptional talent in to the SW family and ensuring that our SWinners are given every opportunity to fulfil their potential by organising regular training sessions and putting together bespoke training plans. I also make sure that our client facing staff stay up to date with the latest industry compliance and have the tools they need to give exceptional, award-winning service to our clients.
In the short time I’ve been with SW, I’ve easily settled into the relaxed culture - that's not to say we don't work hard! But with the daily dress down option, hybrid working and entertaining team events there’s quite an informal atmosphere in our offices. It’s definitely not a pressure-cooker environment. I also like our management team's open door policy and the informal communication style across the business.
When I’m not at the office…
You can usually find me running around after my 2 year old son and my dog, Pablo the Pug!
