A bit about me and my role

After completing my part-time degree in Business Management and Marketing, I joined SW back in 2019 as a Marketing Executive, responsible for the activity across our Commercial and Corporate divisions. Since early 2022, I now lead our small but mighty Marketing team, working across all business lines and responsible for the overall marketing strategy of the business.

Every day is different and I wouldn't have it any other way! Me and the team are kept extremely busy with various client campaigns, new business initiatives, brand awareness activity, as well as organising our two flagship internal events. I've been lucky enough to work in the world of marketing and insurance for just over 7 years and can honestly say I love what I do. For me, it's all about the client and making sure they've got the clear and straightforward support they need.

One of the many things I like about working at SW is the business' commitment to people development. As well as supporting our broking staff with their Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications, others like myself in the business are also given similar opportunites to grow and develop. I'm just about to finish my Leadership and People Management qualification and looking to start my Chartered Marketing exams later this year.

When I’m not at the office…

I really enjoy spending lots of quality time with my friends and family, which more often than not involves a G&T or two!

I also try and travel as much as I can. I've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing places - some of my favourites include Thailand and Vietnam, which I'd highly recommend if you haven't been!

My family are motorsport mad, so I also enjoy watching the F1 and going down to Goodwood for the Festival of Speed and Revival Meeting when I get a chance.
