A bit about me and my role

Since joining in December 2021, I’ve come to learn that no two days are the same here at SW! My role includes overseeing all aspects of service delivery to my clients; supporting them by finding solutions to challenges, both with sourcing cover and troubleshooting on claims. I dedicate a lot of time to meeting with clients, either in person or virtually, to build and maintain relationships that I believe are vital in delivering quality service.

There’s an excellent culture of support at SW, all backed by a real team ethic. When things get a bit challenging, I know that my colleagues in the wider business are on hand to assist and share their own knowledge and experiences to help me find the right solutions for my client.

We’re one business pulling in the same direction. With access and support from our directors, I feel empowered to deliver for my clients. As soon as I joined the team, I was provided with the resource to complete the final unit of my ACII study. SW were incredibly supportive, providing me with time to study and guidance to help me tackle tricky assignment briefs.

When I’m not at the office…

My three young children keep my wife and me on our toes!

When I don't have my hands full looking after the kids, my big passion is both watching and playing football. My son has also started training for a local U8s team this season – I feel incredibly proud and privileged to watch him develop, and share the joy of the beautiful game with him!
