A bit about me

My role predominantly focuses on overseeing SW’s HR, culture and facilities – which calls for collaboration with teams across the whole business. I’m further responsible for developing people, systems and infrastructure to help SW service client to the highest possible standard.

For me, what makes SW so great is the people. Our experts are dedicated to ensuring that clients are provided with the best service and solutions, and our joined-up approach encourages frequent inter-team collaboration to ensure clients are receiving the right solutions for them, alongside specialised, technical support.

The culture of support we’ve established at SW doesn’t end with our people; we’re incredibly active in our local communities and hold multiple annual fundraisers for our chosen charities. Some highlights for me have been getting involved in the annual Big Sleep Out for Off the Fence and the Three Peaks Challenge.

When I’m not at the office…

You can often find me playing football, mountain biking, open water swimming or hiking (normally to a pub with friends)!
