A bit about me and my role
On a typical day, my responsibilities involve managing the New Business activity within our Division. Which includes overseeing both the facilities and schemes that generate opportunities and leading the team that develops these opportunities into new business.
Since joining SW in 2006 as a Senior Advisor, I’ve held various roles within the company, including managing the entire Personal Affinity Schemes area and introducing several new affinities as a Development Manager. As the company evolved, so did my role and expertise; I was part of the team that grew and introduced our Flexible Benefit offerings and now, in my current role within our fantastic Private Clients team, I look after a large portfolio of clients.
SW has guided my career in all the right ways; allowing me to support my clients effectively by encouraging me to be myself and build genuine relationships with both my colleagues and clients. But what I enjoy most about working at SW is the culture. We have a strong sense of family, and everyone cares about each other's successes. If I ever feel lost, I know there are people in the company who’ll be on hand to help out!
When I’m not at the office…
I love spending time with my family – typically doing whatever my children tell me to! I also enjoy taking my dog for walks and getting out in the garden when the weather allows it.
