Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute Client Advisor/ Snr Client Advisor to join our fast-paced Commercial broking team. You’ll be responsible for managing an extensive book of business providing bespoke solutions to a broad spectrum of commercial clients.

Your day to day will consist of:

  • Managing a large portfolio of cross-class commercial business
  • Working efficiently on achieving targets for retention, new business, and cross selling
  • Dealing with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid -term renewals and retention, always providing the best customer service
  • Managing policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
  • Drafting professional reports and request key information from clients
  • Providing support to other team members and assist in training newer team members

 

What you’ll need

You’ll be a natural and enthusiastic communicator with a strong customer service ethos, and a willingness to continue your own learning and development journey.

In addition, you’ll:

  • Have a solid technical understanding of Commercial products (Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Fleet, Financial Lines) and will have worked in a similar broking role.
  • Previous experience of looking after a book of £100k-£150k income
  • CII Cert qualified as a minimum and a desire to continue studying towards the Diploma
  • Be confident in building effective relationships with your clients, your team and the wider company
  • Be organised, accurate and have excellent attention to detail
  • Have passion, energy and a strong customer service ethos
  • Be effective, confident & considerate in your communication and be able to adapt your communication style accordingly
  • Intuitive thinking and confidence with decision making

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience of using Acturis would advantageous but full training would be provided
