Playing an integral part in the Commercial Account Managed Team in Twickenham, you will have a solid knowledge of Commercial products, in particular; Business Interruption, Material Damage and Liability, and be able to effectively take ownership of our large client base with positivity, passion and professionalism.
Your role will be to provide a positive client experience through careful and tailored communication as well as managing renewals with accuracy and confidence. The Commercial Team looks after a large number of existing clients with premium levels up to £350,000, so you’ll need to be confident dealing with renewals, negotiating, placing policies, generating new business and handling mid-term adjustments.
On a day to day basis, you will have responsibility for administering policies, liaising with Insurers and clients to find the best solutions, provide support to the wider team, including Client Executives and Managers and acting as a reliable and informed point of contact for clients.

Skills and experience
Experience-wise, you will have a good technical understanding of Commercial products but most importantly, we are looking for confidence, communication and charisma. You’ll be comfortable working alongside your team or under your own steam and won’t be afraid to ask questions. You will be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a wide range of people from internal colleagues to clients as well as think on your feet to resolve issues and make decisions. A willing approach to learning, taking on board new concepts quickly and executing them with accuracy and diligence is essential.
You’ll be educated to a minimum A Level standard, with GCSE passes in English Language and Maths and have a Cert CII under your belt, or at least be enthusiastic with working towards achieving accreditation within 12 months.
