Exciting career opportunity for an organised, flexible and enthusiastic Administrator to work for one of the UK’s largest Independent Insurance Brokers in Twickenham.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will be a friendly, confident communicator able to provide efficient and broad ranging support to the Office Manager and other Insurance Teams. 

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls, monitoring voicemail boxes and fielding enquiries
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and scanning documents
  • Printing and checking documentation
  • Monitoring our central email inboxes and distributing emails appropriately
  • Providing Reception cover (lunchtime, ad hoc and holiday cover)
  • Inputting and updating client records
  • Dealing with Insurer documentation
  • Processing straightforward policy renewals
  • Providing general team and ad hoc project support, as required

Previous experience in Insurance isn’t required for this role as full training will be provided.

You’ll enjoy building strong and lasting relationships with your colleagues in all departments and be confident with providing effective and efficient support where needed. 

This full time position will be office based Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm.

  • Intuitive thinking and quick decision making
  • Strong IT confidence (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • GCSE (or equivalent) passes in English Language and Maths
