IOSH Managing Safely (4 days)

22/01/2018 - 02/02/2018

The course is designed for managers and supervisors - to give them a robust understanding of their responsibilities for Health & Safety - and culminates in an exam and special project with successful candidates gaining a nationally recognised qualification. The content is excellently produced - a mixture of animated presentations, DVD media, group discussions and quizzes/games - in order to promote awareness, and support learning across the eight modules:

  • Introducing Managing Safely
  • Assessing risks
  • Controlling risks
  • Understanding your responsibilities
  • Identifying hazards
  • Investigating accidents and incidents
  • Measuring performance
  • Protecting our environment.

Directors - as well as managers - are welcome to enrol - in many businesses Directors will have an element of “hands on” responsibility for Health & Safety and so the course material will be equally relevant to them.

We can deliver this course within your own workplace and the four days can be spread over two or four weeks to fit around your operational needs. We also run regular courses at our own sites in Sussex, Middlesex and Hampshire.

Day 1, Monday 22 January 2018
Day 2, Tuesday 23 January
Day 3, Thursday 1 February
Day 4, Friday 2 February
