Meet the team

Paul Atkin, Head of Commercial Claims, leads the team that consists of Team Manager Harni and Claims Executives/Handlers Nick, James, Andy, Lewis and Mia. Each individual has a different sector of knowledge, so our team can collectively cover a wide variety of claims.

Just a few of the tasks that the team take on are:

  • Taking the time to understand the details from your perspective and explaining the level of cover your policy allows
  • Logging your claim with insurers and advising you on the next steps
  • Making sure you have the correct contact details for the insurer that’s handling your claim
  • Keeping you in the loop while they handle your claim through regular updates and communications
  • Arranging a settlement as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Don’t just take our word for it

At Sutton Winson we encourage transparency and welcome all feedback, so after a claim has been settled, the team send out a satisfaction survey to clients to receive some honest feedback. We ask for feedback that relates to both ourselves and the insurers we work with. That way, we can ensure that our services are as efficient and effective as possible, all the way through.

Between November 2020 and 2021, 100% of those clients who responded to our survey said that that they were happy with the overall service and support they received from us, following their claim.²
